The Watford Health Campus Masterplan proposals were designed to significantly improve the delivery of acute health care across West Hertfordshire, but could only be implemented if public approval for a package of other changes to the built environment – including a new access road and 300 new homes – could also be gained.

Quatro’s comprehensive consultation programme, which included a six-week long roadshow across the region, generated significant interest in the project in all the main communities affected, and helped to win planning consent.
