Havering College’s plans for regeneration and expansion across three sites was potentially of concern to residents in the wider area, fearful of an increase in the local student population.

Quatro’s strategy was to introduce the proposals to key local stakeholders including local businesses before the proposals were opened up for wider consultation, giving them an opportunity to voice their concerns and learn more about the potential economic benefits to be gained from the College’s plans.

Planning applications for each site were submitted in 2009 and outline planning permission has been granted in each case.
